Radnel Ofalsa of IV-Charity placed second in the Voice of the Youth: National Oratorical Competition Divisional Level held at Palmeras Restaurant, San Pablo City, November 8.
Inspired by the theme “Rediscovering Filipino Values: Isee. I act. A advocate,” participants delivered their speeches. There was neck-to-neck battle between Ofalsa and Czarina Joyce mojica of Col. Lauro Dizon Memorial National High School (CLDMNHS) who won first place. On the other hand, Jade Orara of Pedro Guevara Memorial National High School (PGMNHS) won third place. The winners and their coaches received trophies, medals, and certificates.
The said oratorical competition was sponsored by STI Foundation, Department of Education, and National Youth Commission.
Ofalsa was trained and coached by Mr. Rinielle C. Montana.
