Paduan students reach out the poor and needy

Before celebrating Christmas parties, the students of San Antonio de Padua College reached out the poor and the needy as they welcomed the 150 recipients of the grocery items raised for this year’s gift giving activity, December 16.

The Paduan students brought grocery items from December 3 to 15 as a part of the school’s tradition of gift giving every year. This is to outlive one of the school’s core values – CHARITY. The officers and advisers of Barangayette (Elementary), Student Governing Body (High School), and Supreme Student Council (College) facilitated the giving of gifts.

The 150 recipients expressed deep appreciation of the students’ effort to help them celebrate Christmas with their simple gifts. This year’s number of recipients is 30% more than last year.
