SAPC HOLDS LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR

San Antonio de Padua College held its annual Students Leadership Training Seminar last June 6 and 7.

The two-day seminar were participated by the different student organizations namely: Barangayette Organization of the Grade School Department, Student Governing Body of the High School department, Journalism Club, Math and Science Club,  Likhang Sining at Galaw Dance Troupe and the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts officers.

Attended by the different student leaders from the aforementioned organizations, the first day started with lectures and discussion facilitated by Mr. Marco Leonil M. Banay, the newly –designated Student Activity Program (SAP) Coordinator. The school principal, Prof. Ma. Mimie M. Castillo discussed authentic leadership while Mr. Banay did the verification of expectations and self-awareness. Other topics included were developing highly effective student leaders and perspective and problems regarding student leadership.

Team-building activities were conducted for all the participants on the second day which gave the officers the opportunity to reflect and share their experiences.
