From the Office of Chairman of the Board:
The Grade 11 and Grade 12 year levels will be named L & J Figueroa High School in honor of the original founders of the San Antonio de Padua College Inc.; Mr. Leonardo and Mrs. Juliana Figueroa. A formal announcement will be made during the Founder’s Day festivities on February 22, 2015. This is to honor Mr. and Mrs. Figueroa for their generosity and efforts to help keep the SAPC Foundation afloat.
Meanwhile, we are awarding full scholarships to exemplary students in Grade 11 who are unable to continue their education due to legitimate financial constraints or limitations. This is open to all residents of Pila and its neighboring towns. Transferees (from other and public schools) are also welcome.
SAPC: Living Out Virtues and Excellence through Sports
San Antonio de Padua College is geared up for the upcoming Sportsfest 2014 and Founder’s Day with this year’s theme, SAPC: Living Out Virtues and Excellence Through Sports to be held from October 8-11, 2014.
Students from the three different departments—grade school, high school and college will compete in various events from board games to team sports. Aside from the physical and mental events, this year’s edition will be highlighted with the dance competition and T- shirt parade along with the Search for Mr. and Ms. Charity.
The Sportsfest is part of the school’s efforts to promote a holistic development among its students through the various sports events which will challenge their physical, mental, social, and moral capabilities.
